Who we are

TrustTides (“TrustTides”, “we”) operates this website. We supply peptide research materials at wholesale to research-material businesses in North America. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@trusttides.com.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry we collect what you type into the form: your name, company (if given), work email, the type of inquiry, your message and any sourcing details or timeline you choose to add.

We also record how you reached the page when that information is present in the link you clicked (campaign tags such as utm_source), the referring site, the landing page, and the time the inquiry was sent. This lets us know which outreach you responded to. We do not use advertising trackers or fingerprinting.

Why we collect it

To answer your inquiry, to route it to the right person, and to keep a record of our correspondence. If you tick the optional box to receive updates, we use your email to send occasional news about TrustTides availability. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email or by writing to us.

Who sees it

Inquiries are delivered to our business inbox and kept on our web hosting provider’s servers in the United States, and may be stored in the business tools we use to manage correspondence. These providers process data on our behalf and under contract. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics

This site counts visits and which buttons are used with its own cookieless measurement. It records the page, the referring site and the campaign name, never your IP address, and nothing is shared with third parties or used to track you across other sites.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you may withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Write to hello@trusttides.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the privacy regulator in your jurisdiction.

Materials referred to on this website are intended for laboratory research use only, not for human or veterinary use or for any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose.
